Multi Area Time Lapse

Notices:

• Call a few hours ahead if incubator box heating is going to be used - so that we can get it warmed up and properly equilibrated ahead of time
• Check Nitrogen tank pressure (through doorway and on right) ~60 psi & main gage are not at zero

Important Consideration for Setup:

• Make sure plate insert is securely seated in the X-Y stage. 
  • Grub screws need to be retracted fully so that do not extend
  • Determine if plate rocks
  • Extend grub screws on diagonal opposite of rocking axis until rocking is eliminated
  • Use at least of the 6 plastic securing screws - tighten gently
  • Remove lamps and other stuff in the box so that the movement of the x-y stage is not impeded
